It's undeniable that there's a lot of great dev content out there. However, up until now, there hasn't been much designed explicitly for you as a teacher. Our curriculum is built specifically for educators by educators. We use educational best practices and contemporary pedagogical strategies to take students from lower-order to higher-order outcomes.
A list of correlated standards written by experienced educators
The backbone of our curriculum is a set of standards written using Bloom's Taxonomy. The sequence of each module is designed to develop lower-order understanding of information before providing students project-based opportunities to implement real-world solutions with their new skills.
Quick feedback loops to help students know what they don't know
We know the value of formative assessment. The shorter the feedback loop, the more successful the student. Each lesson comes with a quiz to help students understand where their gaps are. As a teacher using our Pro plan, you have a complete history of their progress and progression to help them master the material.
Project-based learning to put theory into practice
You won't find any dumpster projects here. With a focus on active-learning strategies and real-world skills, we have projects that not only mimic actual design and development activities, but that also have a lifecycle beyond the scope of a unit.
